FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed annular combustion chamber of gas turbine engine contains housing, inlet diffuser, and frame tube with preliminary mixing cylindrical channels. Air swirlers and fuel nozzles are arranged at inlet into preliminary mixing cylindrical channels. Ratio of distance between axes of nozzles to diameter of cylindrical channel is chosen within 1.5 and 2.0. Conical face is made in outlet part of fuel nozzle. Vane-type air swirlers are installed for radial displacement, being secured in rings provided with slots. Invention makes it possible to reduce smoke content in exhaust gases of gas turbine engine by improving mixing of fuel and air in preliminary mixing channels of annular combustion chamber. EFFECT: reduced content of smoke is exhaust gases. 4 cl, 5 dwg
