FIELD: oil geology. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for optimization of location of prospecting and production wells in examined object by complex of data of ground seismic prospecting, electric, radioactive, acoustic, seismic logging, analysis of cores and tests of wells. According to method seismic prospecting operations are conducted, wells with extraction of cores are drilled, electric, radioactive, acoustic, seismic logging are carried out and wells are tested. Model reference spectral-time images of oil-and-gas bearing deposits and their spectral-time parameters are found by data of drilling operations and from geophysical examinations of wells and reference experimental spectral-time images of oil-and-gas bearing deposits and their spectral-time parameters are established by data of seismic prospecting in region of wells. Subsequent cross correlation of values of fluid conductivity and capacitance is executed by data of drilling with reference spectral-time parameters by data of seismic prospecting in region of wells. Optimal spectral-time parameters with highest coefficients of cross correlation are chosen. Spectral-time analysis is continuously conducted by all seismic cross-sections in specific recording interval and its quantitative spectral-time parametrization is carried out by optimal parameters with their subsequent conversion with use of correlation dependencies to values of fluid conductivity and capacitance in any point of interwell space. EFFECT: raised reliability and accuracy of substantiation of geological conditions to position exploratory and production wells.
