FIELD: automatic equipment, in particular, devices for temperature stabilization of photodiode detectors of radiant energy of optoelectronic devices, applicable in photometric devices. SUBSTANCE: the device, having a thermostat with an optical window, series- connected photosensitive element and an amplifier, series-connected operational amplifier and an actuating element, temperature set-point device, pulse generator and a storage element additionally uses a selector switch and a reference current source, and the actuating element is in the state of thermal contact with the photosensitive element, both of them are placed in the thermostat with an optical window, one of the electrodes of the photosensitive element is connected to the common bus, and the other - to the selector switch output and amplifier input, whose output is connected to the input of the storage element, whose output is connected to the input of the operational amplifier, and the temperature set-point device is connected to the second input of the operational amplifier, whose output is connected to the actuating element, the input of the selector switch is connected to the reference current source, the pulse generator is connected to the control inputs of the selector switch and storage element.
