FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: facility to delay signals includes four-digit binary pulse counter 1 which forward outputs of digits are correspondingly connected to inputs of bi-directional keys 2, 3, 4, 5 placed in series between resistor 10 connected to plus supply bus 11 and to common bus 12. Proper commutation units 6, 7, 8, 9 are connected in parallel to each one of them. Clock input of pulse counter 1 is connected to clock input 13 of facility.
