FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: device is designed to form L addresses which number is less than 2^m×N_q virtual addresses to read data from storage of interlacer that stores L data bits. Device includes N_q pseudonoise generators. Each generator incorporates m storages, address oscillator for addition of value of shift to size of input data to ensure virtual address possessing size multiple of 2^m and for creation of addresses different from addresses corresponding to value of shift in zone of creation of addresses with use of regions of creation of addresses having size 2^m and reader to read input data from storage of interlacer with use of addresses created in regions of creation of addresses.
