FIELD: communication equipment, data transmission over radio channel. SUBSTANCE: way of modulation of digital signal to transmit data over narrow-band channels of electric communication is characterized by fact that modulation of digital signal by bipulse code consists in change of phase of carrier signal while transferring from coding of logic 0 of modulated digital signal to coding of logic 1 of modulated signal and vice versa. Modulated signal has double-bit and single-bit signals. Duration of double-bit signal is related to duration of single-bit signal as 1.5: 1.0. Phase changes through minus 90 degrees with each phase jump. EFFECT: diminished phase distortion of transmitted digital signal, reduced time for transmission and processing of digital signals. 6 dwg
