FIELD: medical technique, particularly, methods of monitoring and control of operator's functional state. SUBSTANCE: method includes registration of current values of vehicle control handle motion trajectory variation, breathing process with measurement of inhalation-exhalation-pause phase, oxygen pressure in space under mask, plethysmooxyhemogram of vessels of car lobule, variation of motor control handle motion trajectory positions of pedals; determination of absolute values of vehicle control handle motion speed, motion speed of motor control handle and pedals; formation of breathing mixture by mixing of oxygen, nitrogen, nitrogen monoxide, air and carbon dioxide. Content of oxygen, nitrogen, nitrogen monoxide in breathing mixture and breathing mixture humidity are regulated in direct relation, and content of air and carbon dioxide in inverse relation to absolute values of motion speeds of vehicle control handle, motor control handle, pedals. Obtained breathing mixture is blown into operator's respiratory tracks at alternating positive pressure with monitoring of ventilation by level of content of carbon dioxide in arterial blood.
