FIELD: systems using mobile robots. SUBSTANCE: system includes apparatus for moving mobile robot in room; apparatus for detecting obstacle on traveling path of robot; apparatus for determining location of mobile robot; first transmitter- -receiver having HF-module transmitting and receiving signal for controlling apparatus for moving mobile robot; apparatus for detecting obstacles and apparatus for determining location of robot; control computer for processing data concerning signal of first transmitter-receiver and for transmitting control command to mobile robot. Said computer includes communication unit for connecting it with Internet and also it includes second transmitter-receiver having HF-module for transmitting signal to first transmitter-receiver of mobile robot and for receiving signal from first transmitter-receiver; video card for processing data received by means of first transmitter-receiver from apparatus for detecting obstacle and from apparatus for determining location of robot. Mobile robot also includes vacuum cleaner with opening for suction of dust, dust collector and motor for creating suction draft and in addition scanning TV-camera.
