FIELD: salvaging of charges of ballistite powders. SUBSTANCE: the installation has a frame, loading unit, pressing unit, cutting unit and an unloading unit. The loading unit is made in the form of a magazine coupled to the frame and consisting of several cylindrical moulds located in a circle and rigidly coupled to one another and each having a slot on its generating line on the side of the center of the circle. The pressing unit is positioned along the center of the circle, it is made in the form of a power-transmission screw with a nut having expanding levelers according to the quantity of the moulds passing through the slot inside the moulds and coupled by its upper end to the drive for rotation. The cutting unit is made of two blocks, a fixed one, located in the lower part of each mould and consisting of thin blades located in a holder in two rows in parallel with each other and shifted relative to each other by half a step between the blades and directed in each mould to the center of the magazine, and a movable cutting block made in the form of a four-way connection rigidly coupled to the power- transmission screw fastened on whose levers are transmission screw fastened on whose levers are the blocks of alternating incising and cutting-off blades.
