FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: installation is suggested for grinding of ballistite single-perforated powder, which contains hollow casing, bottom part of which is filled with water, loading bunker, barrel with longitudinal rows of teeth and transverse slots, water reservoir connected to bottom part of casing cavity, cutting unit, unit of unloading and cleaning, nozzle for granulated powder discharge from installation. Cutting unit consists of horizontal shaft and disk knives, which are installed so that their working parts are installed in barrel slots. Unit of unloading and cleaning consists of horizontal shaft, brushes and toothed disks, which are fixed with possibility of interaction with barrel slots. Unit of unloading and cleaning is installed with possibility of linear displacements in the plane that is perpendicular to axis of barrel rotation.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase safety and reliability of ballistite single-perforated powder grinding process in its recycling.
