SUBSTANCE: device incorporating provision for preventing damage to fuel pellets, plugs, locks, and blanks of spacer grid cells during their supply to fuel element process line mechanisms has bin 1 in the form of downward-vortex cone for feeding cylindrical parts 3, bin outlet unit in the form of hole 6 at cone vortex, drive 7 with gripping element 8, register unit in the form of intake tube 9 and chute 11, and positioning unit in the form of downfall window 11. Bin outlet unit is provided with polymeric insert 12 having conical inlet part aligned with conical part of bin and hole large enough to pass cylindrical parts. Gripping element drive in the form of electric motor is disposed in upper part of bin coaxially relative to outlet unit hole. └┐ shaped gripping element is plated with polymeric material. Diameter of circumference circumscribed at lower part during rotation does not exceed diameter of outlet unit hole. EFFECT: enhanced safety of handled items. 4 cl, 3 dwg
