FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves attaching plate with screws to prospective central fragment that is to be formed after performing osteotomy. A screw is screwed in into the prospective peripheral splitter. Via elongated opening in the plate. Two threaded rods are screwed in into the superior one-third of the femur and fastened in perosseous fixation apparatus rings. Osteotomy is carried out. Fragment distraction is performed. The plate is attached to the peripheral splitter via small incisions in skin after achieving planned elongation. Physiotherapeutic procedures, lower extremity massage and medical training exercises are administered to treat the knee joint area after removing the perosseous fixation apparatus. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented knee joint contractures occurrence. 3 dwg
