SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. Preliminarily intramedullary pin is introduced into tibia and proximal blocking is performed. Corticotomy of tibia and osteometry of fibula are carried out. Transosteal fixation by apparatus from two rings is performed and microdestruction is carried out by 1 mm per 24 hours. On reaching planned elongation distal blocking of pin is realised. Apparatus of transosteal fixation is removed. In case of femoral bone elongation preliminarily intramedullar pin is introduced in it and distal blocking is realised. Oseotomy is carried out. Transosteal fixation by apparatus from two rings is performed. On reaching planned elongation distal blocking of pin is realised. Apparatus of transosteal fixation is removed.

EFFECT: inventions ensure restoration of segment length, prevention of development of knee and ankle joint contractures, reduction of treatment terms.
