FIELD: insulation materials. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises 20- 22% of glass cloth with silicon oxide content at least 98%, 38-40% of alumino-phosphate binder, and 38-40% of alumina powder. Binder is characterized by P₂O₅/Al₂O₃ ratio 2.5-3 and moisture level 35-39%. Glass cloth is impregnated by 15% solution of organosilicon resin, after which cloth is coated by ceramic slurry. Blanks are partially dried at 20-25 C for 24 h and then for 1 h at 160-180 C. The total is subjected to thermal compaction at 7.0-9.0 MPa and final temperature 279 C.
