FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: proposed solid propellant charge for rocket engine of guided missile includes fuel grain with central channel and end face restrictors. Said restrictors are made double-layer. Inner layer of restrictor adjoining propellant is made of material providing high adhesion with propellant, for instance, of linoleum. Outer layer of restrictor is made of fireproof material featuring high damping capability, for instance, of asbestos- dacron cloth. Invention makes it possible to create solid-propellant rocket charge providing constant thrust-to-time ratio and featuring higher operation reliability owing to reduction of impact loads at engine starting and improved performance characteristics as to summary thrust pulse.
