FIELD: production of sugar; equipment for production of saturation gas for cleaning diffusion juice; production of lime; manufacture of building materials; chemical industry; metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: proposed furnace used for cleaning diffusion juice includes cylindrical lined shaft, loading and unloading units, furnace gas suction duct, fan for delivery of air to furnace; it is also provided with vortex tube which is communicated with furnace gas suction duct by its cold end for discharge of cold flow (carbon dioxide) and with fan outlet by its hot end for delivery of air to furnace. Invention ensures production of saturation gas at considerable content of carbon dioxide in furnace gas due to use of vortex tube where partially contaminated carbon dioxide is evacuated as cold flow.
