FIELD: beet sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: saturator has vertical vessel with saturated juice discharge branch pipe and waste gas discharge branch pipe, cup positioned inside vessel, and outside circulation pipeline tangentially connected to cup lower part and provided with pump and juice and gas inlet branch pipes. Juice and saturation gas mixing device mounted on circulation pipeline is provided with supercavitational blade-type static mixer. Mixing device is further equipped with narrowing nozzle provided with longitudinal channels formed on its inner surface and positioned behind mixer in circulation pipeline. Flexible spiral guides are arranged diametrically inside cup. Ends of spiral guides are attached to cup base. Spiral guides are driven for vibratory oscillation. EFFECT: reduced consumption of power for saturating of sugar-containing solution. 4 dwg
