SPRAYER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: sprayer has liquid supplying device with union, and netted drum mounted on electric engine shaft by means of fastening clamp. Liquid supplying device has cylindrical casing with annular projection and multistep flange. Drum is made in the form of hollow rotor provided with radial openings, and hub. Outer surface of hub is equipped with large-pitch thread for ejecting liquid. Two disks are fixed on side ends of rotor in parallel with one another. Disks are positioned on inner surfaces equipped with opposite slots for mounting net therein. Sprayer is additionally provided with plate arranged above netted drum for collecting scattering particles of sprayed liquid on its surface. Plate is inclined toward electric engine shaft in direction coinciding with direction of injecting condensate onto netted drum. Sprayer of such construction is designed for fine dispersion of chemicals. EFFECT: reliable hermetically sealed construction and increased efficiency by uniform supplying of dispersed liquid. 5 cl, 5 dwg
