SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical, physical, physical-chemical and biological processes, implemented in devices with aeration and mixing of liquid medium, namely processes of synthesis of different biological products, in particular, processes of microbiological synthesis using methane-oxidizing microorganisms, and can be used in microbiological, petrochemical industries, as well as for producing protein-containing fodder, food and medical preparations. Apparatus comprises a body, on the side walls of which across the width of the apparatus is a rotor with external drive. Rotor is arranged above solid across the width of vehicle with a partition. Under the partition in front of rotor there are bubblers for feeding device of oxygen containing gas and methane-containing gas. On the cover of vehicle exhaust gas discharge pipe is located on recycling or for combustion. In the bottom left part of the body there is a branch for withdrawal of bio-suspension from the next process stage or external recirculation circuit.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the device at simultaneous reduction of power consumption.
