LIQUID SPRAYER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural equipment; liquid sprayers. SUBSTANCE: proposed sprayer has disk-and-fan unit mounted on electric motor shaft; this unit includes spraying disk and centrifugal fan; sprayer is also provided with cover where liquid supply tube is fitted. Inner wall of spraying disk has beveled lower edge directed outside. Disk is provided with hub having horizontal partition with slots. Bottom of housing has circular groove above which one end of bent liquid suction tube is mounted; other end of this tube is lowered intro distributing chamber of spraying disk. Centrifugal fan has upper and lower groups of blades separated by solid thin-walled disks. Liquid sprayer is provided with filters mounted on cover of housing or on its side inner wall. Provision is made for return of condensate for repeated use. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, reliability and durability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
