FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting conic ligament and thyroid cartilage under general narcosis condition to form lanryngeal fissure. Tumor parameters are determined. The first stage of cryodestruction is carried out by means of cryoapplicator device selected to provide maximum correspondence to tumor shape and size. Exophyte portion of tumor is excised and removed. The second stage and next stages of cryodestruction are carried out depending on tumor parameters. Laryngeal wound is sutured in transecting all layers and including skin, muscles and perichondrium. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
