FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has generator unit connected to inductor unit of ventilator cooling the inductor unit from outside, envelope for controlling temperature cooling the inductor unit from inside and maintaining constant temperature conditions in capsule having fixing members, and permanent magnet concentrating and fixing magnetically controlled antitumor preparation in tumor. The envelope for controlling temperature has double walls allowing heat carrier supplied from thermostat to circulate. The capsule is designed as cylinder manufactured from semitransparent material not conducting electric current having openings for discharging urine and supplying air.
