FIELD: veterinary.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for laboratory animal fixation during magnetohydrodynamic thermochemotherapy of malignant tumours, magnetic resonance imaging and in pharmacokinetics detection for treatment and diagnostic nanomedicines. Device includes cylindrical capsule, cylindrical holder inside the capsule, with conical grate in head part for air access, sleeve with feeding funnel, ring, shutter closing capsule entrance, and fittings. Capsule features orifices, slits and port, and ring features slits matching capsule slits when the ring is turned by 360° against the capsule. Holder can shift lengthwise inside the capsule. Shutter features orifice of thermometre and cuts for thermometre and tail of animal. Fittings are positioned at the capsule walls. Device is placed in transparent housing consisting of two tapered cones connected by fitting and ending with pipes with taps. One of taps is connected to air source, and the other is connected to gas analyser defining metabolic products. Capsule includes magnet contacting tumour, takes form of mesh with cells of 4 to 10 mm diametre, and features sensors connected to tumour, body of animal and computer. Additionally device features protective pad rings for tail and extremities of animal and metabolic product collector positioned under excretion organs of animal.

EFFECT: comfortable housing conditions for animals during long-term research.
