FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed installation contains pyrolysis reactor with processing furnace connected to reactor, steam-gas moisture cleaning and condensing system, gas turbine with combustion chamber connected to outlet of non-condensed steam0gas mixture from leaning and condensing system, steam turbine with steam generator connected with outlet waste gases from gas turbine, gas generator connected to outlet of heated semi-coke from processing furnace and furnished with generator gas cleaning system whose outlet is connected with combustion chamber of gas turbine, activator connected to outlet of heated-semi-coke from processing furnace and furnished with generator gas cleaning system whose outlet is connected with combustion chamber of gas turbine, activator connected to outlet of heated semi-coke from processing furnace and furnished with outlet fine-grain activated coal and accumulating containers for fractions of tar. Outlet from light fraction container is connected with combustion chamber of gas turbine, and outlet from heavy fraction container, with steam generator and with pyrolysis reactor. Coal is subjected to pyrolysis using solid heat carrier for obtaining steam-gas mixture and semi-coke. Steam-gas mixture is cleaned and condensed with liberation of two fractions of tar, namely, light one and heavy one and non-condensed steam-gas mixture. The latter is combusted in combustion chamber of gas turbine with production of electric energy. Heated semi-coke left after separation of solid heat carrier is divided into two flows one of which is directed into gas generator with production of generator gas supplied, after cleaning, into combustion chamber of gas turbine. Other flow of heated semi-coke is fed into activator to get-fine-grain and dust-like activated coal. Cleaned activated gas is combusted in steam-gas generator. Light fraction of tar, is combusted in combustion chamber of gas turbine, and heavy fraction is directed into pyrolysis reactor and into steam generator for combustion. EFFECT: improved efficiency of production of electric energy owing to higher efficiency of installation. 4 cl, 1 dwg
