The composition contains in cosmetically acceptable medium at least one copolymer of dimethicone with ethylene unsaturation with dimethicone with viscosity value from 10⁶ to 100 x 10⁶ sP and at least one specific conditioning agent. The invention relates also to method for treatment of keratin materials, for example, hair and to usage of silicon copolymer as a conditioning agent in cosmetic composition containing a conditioning agent. The composition is used for washing and care for keratin materials, for example, hair, skin, eyelashes, eyebrows, nails, lips, head hairy skin.
