Invention relates also to method for treatment of keratin fibers, for example, hair and to the application of emulsion of silicon copolymer as a conditioning agent in cosmetic composition containing cationic surface-active substance. Invention can be used for washing and care for keratin materials, for example, hair, skin, eyelashes, eyebrows, nails, lips, head skin. The composition confers cosmetic properties (ability for smoothing, lightness, softness) without enhanced fatness of keratin fibers.
