FIELD: mechanical engineering; unmanned technology. SUBSTANCE: method is realized with help of finishing machine tool having location surface carrying movably installed the first working member on which tool spindle is mounted for fixing of finish tool, work-carrying spindle and contact pickup. To reduce expenditures for machining, machine tool has carrying member movable, at least, to two positions and, at least, one additional work- carrying spindle. In this case, said, at least, two work-carrying spindles are installed on carrying member with their driving by separate motor for each spindle. Operation of alignment of gear blank position for exclusion of collision in introduction of tool to gaps between surfaces of gear teeth is performed on networked blank newly placed on one of work-carrying spindles up to motion of carrying member to position, in which such nonworked blank comes in mesh with tool. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to reduction of expenditures for machining. 8 cl, 3 dwg
