FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive machining and may be used for producing tooling for abrasive tool fasteners used in production of screw surfaces of precise screws and those of screw gearing. Abrasive wheel is secured between fixed and moving flanges. Fixed flange is arranged on moving rotor incorporated with second end induction motor. Motor stator features coiled magnetic core with its grooves accommodating m-phase primary. Motor rotor features coiled magnetic core with its grooves accommodating short-circuited secondary. Stator doubles as rotor of first end induction motor and comprises coiled magnetic core with its grooves accommodating short-circuited secondary. Stator of first end induction motor stator features coiled magnetic core with its grooves accommodating m-phase primary and central shaft supporting stator running in thrust bearing thereon coupled with rotor, and rotor with fixed flange on abrasive wheel.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of machining.
