FIELD: processing of wood. SUBSTANCE: the composition contains synthetic oligopiperilen rubber with a molecular mass of 15,000 to 25,000, oil asphalt and turpentine. Turpentine provides for an intensive and deep penetration of the composition in the wood capillaries. Combination of synthetic rubber with oil asphalt in the mentioned relation provides for a reliable adhesion of the composition to the wood, it also reduces the relative quantity of expensive synthetic rubber in the composition not reducing but rather enhancing its efficiency.
