FIELD: reprocessing of organic wastes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has receiver for receiving material to be composted. Receiver is composed of inner hermetically sealing facing made in the form of bag manufactured from flexible moisture-impermeable material, and carrier device serving as support for bag. Bag is provided with liquid discharge channels for discharging liquid released from material under composting process. Carrier device and receiver covered with bag are arranged so as to be moved as single unit to storage after complete or partial filling of bag. Bottom of carrier device is equipped with openable hatches allowing bag with its content to be unloaded through bottom, when carrier device and receiver are raised. Leaven is spread on receiver bottom to provide for composting process. Construction of apparatus allows ready compost to be discharged from it and material under decomposing process to be readily handled.
