FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: natural- or artificial-origin mineral with whiteness 90% or higher is subjected to mechanical activation. Color carriers: white rutile-form titanium dioxide and at least one colored product selected from group composed of phthalocyanine C₃₂H₁₈N₈Cu, red 5C C₂₅H₂₀N₄O₄, and light-fast yellow C₁₇H₁₆O₄N₄ are loaded simultaneously into supply bunkers, wherein they are dosed, weighed, and separately passed to corresponding discrete-continuous forced effect mixers, into which weighed and dosed mechanically activated mineral is introduced, weight ratio of mineral to color carrier being (80-85):(15- 20). Resulting working mixtures are each mechanically activated to produce white and colored glazing color- forming products, part of which is partially commercialized. At least one glazing color-forming product is dosed, weighed in amount corresponding to color standard of European pantographic scale, and mechanically activated. A part of that is commercialized and the other part is mixed with white color-forming product at weight ratio 1:2.5, respectively. Resulting mixture is mechanically activated to give desired pigment, which is collected in storage hopper and then packaged.
