FIELD: development of oil and gas fields. SUBSTANCE: method for operation of oil and gas wells includes heating and compression of gas, its supply through tubing-borehole annulus to tubing string at the depth of installation of bypass working coupling (gas lift valve), well product recovery through tubing string and its supply to gathering line and separator. For this purpose, depth of beginning of paraffin precipitation from well products is determined. Separation is effected at the wellhead. Gas phase is separated into cold and hot flows. Cold flow is burnt to heat the remaining well products, and hot flow, before compression is additionally heated and fed to tubing-borehole annulus and to gathering line. Bypass working coupling (gas lift valve) is installed at the depth larger than the depth of paraffin precipitation from well products in tubing string. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
