FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engines with rotating cylinder block. Proposed engine contains housing with distributing channels. Housing accommodates rotor with radial opposite-in-pairs cylinders with fitted-in pistons which are connected through connecting rods with crankshafts installed on rotor parallel to axis of central shaft. Gears secured on crankshafts roll over fixed sun gear wheel of planetary mechanism getting into meshing with said gear wheel. According to invention, each crankshaft contains counterweight. Multiple grooves of non-contact lip labyrinth seal of working clearance are located on in inner surface of housing enclosing cylindrical surface of rotor. Ventilating blades and through ribbed channels of direct-flow air cooling system of rotor are located on end of face surfaces of rotor. EFFECT: improved efficiency of engine in operation. 4 dwg
