Abstract RU 2212560 C1

FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has flexible working member in form of endless chain made in form of two parallel flexible closed members passed over the sheaves mounted on power takeoff shaft, and sheaves mounted on additional shaft parallel to power takeoff shaft and furnished with at least one brake blade mounted across flow to tension flexible closed members by pressure of medium flow. Device contains also number of blades, each arranged between two flexible closed members and made in form of two leaves interconnected by axle for folding. Axle is installed square to direction of medium flow and is secured by its middle part on cross rigid member whose ends are coupled with flexible closed members through straight or arc- shaped tie-rods. Leaves are made for folding by turning around axle when moving opposite to medium flow and unfolding with forming of blade resting on cross rigid member when moving along medium flow. If straight-tie-rods are used, each such tie- rod is arranged in plane of flexible closed member along the member and is coupled with the latter for free travel along said flexible close member in plane of its rotation. If arc-shaped tie-rod is used, each tie-rod is made in form of link built into flexible closed member, is arranged in plane of flexible closed member and is pointed with its convexity in direction coinciding with direction of arrangement of non-fixed end of axle.
