FIELD: energy takeoff. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains working member provided with blades in form of leaves coupled for turning and arranged square to direction of flow. Working member is installed for moving in direction of medium flow. Device is provided with hump- like housing coupled with bell whose inlet part is arranged opposite to medium flow and tube-like member mounted in hump-like housing for rotation and subject to kinematic connection with energy consumer. Axis of rotation of tube-like member ids square to axis of bell. Inner space of hump-like housing communicates with space of bell to direct medium flow into space of said housing. Bell is made in lower wall in zone of communication of said spaces with slot for passing of folded blade, and leaves of blades are arranged at a distance on outer surface of tube-like member, each being connected for rotation with disk member rigidly secured on tube-like member. Hump-like housing is provided with at least one cutout in lower part to form outlet port for elapsing fluid medium flow. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl, 3 dwg
