FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in power drives of machines and mechanisms. Proposed device contains driving and driven shafts, several tandem-mounted transforming mechanisms made in form of differential mechanism with non-round central wheel and two output shafts. One of output shafts, rigidly coupled with non-round central wheel, is driven shaft. Second shaft is made sectional being formed by several hollow coaxial shafts with fitted-on gear wheels forming sectional second central wheel. Carrier is rigidly coupled with driving shaft and it carries axles of double-row planet pinions engaging with central wheels and mechanically coupling each coaxial shaft with driven shaft. Group of flywheels is rigidly secured on coaxial shafts. Variable gear ratios from carrier to each coaxial shaft with non-round central wheel locked, are equal, having prevailing negative value. Numbers of teeth of non-round central wheel and round plant pinions is meshing with wheel are equal. Planet pinions are eccentrically displaced relative to their axes of rotation through value of displacement of non-round central wheel. EFFECT: provision of automatic stepless regulation of driven shaft rotation depending on load, decreased non-uniformly of rotation. 3 dwg
