SUBSTANCE: the device has a Doppler microwave transducer including an antenna, seismic sensor of vertical oscillations of the transport facility body mechanically rigidly connected to its body, switched over AND-OR gate, controlled radio receiver and a self-contained radio receiving device. The radio transmitter forms an AM-PhM signal, which is transducer by the radio receiving device to an acoustic and digital information. EFFECT: enhanced true information of the device by using complex signals with an amplitude modulation and phase manipulation (AM-PhM) on the same carrier frequency. 14 dwg
