SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to apparatuses and methods of the combined vacuum-magnetic and thermal exposure for drug-free treatment for the male sexual dysfunction. The technical effect consists in increasing the effectiveness of the therapeutic exposure, reliability and safety of the use, increasing the responsiveness and hygiene of the procedures. The apparatus comprises the spaced flanged vacuum flask flare and an inductor with a through cavity coupled to a control unit. The vacuum flask is equipped with the seal in the form of an elastic cap with a flare used to fix on the above flange and coupled by a vacuum tube to a vacuum pump. The vacuum flask can be mounted on the cavity of the inductor. The inductor comprises a frame in the form of a spool with magnetic coils around its cavity coupled so that to generate a pulse travelling magnetic field.

EFFECT: method of physiotherapeutic exposure is based on the combined exposure to at least vacuum and magnetic field using a removable vacuum flask and a self-regulating coil.
