FIELD: toxic substance disposal. SUBSTANCE: weighed amount of substance is loaded into periodical high-pressure microreactor together with weighed amounts of water and oxidant, in particular peroxide adduct of inorganic salt of an weak acid and a strong base. Microreactor is then heated to predetermined supercritical temperature for water, kept at this temperature, and rapidly cooled. Heating of microreactor is provided by passing low-voltage electric current over reactor body using a couple of remotely-operated compressible connection terminals and microreactor heating temperature is controlled with the aid of temperature transducer. Cooling is performed by releasing connection terminals, which results in fall of microreactor into water-filled container. EFFECT: reduced process time. 5 cl, 2 dwg
