FIELD: purification of potable water; treatment of natural water. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with hydraulic cyclone fitted with supply branch and located in lower part of housing; filter element made in form of glass disk having through hole is located in cylindrical part of housing; said holes are made at acute angle relative to horizontal plane and are located over circumference at shift in staggered order; disk is provided with screen made from electroheating material which is mounted above disk; disk is located between two elastic rings and flexible spring; besides that, hydraulic cyclone is provided with circular pipe line mounted at level of supply branch pipe ; this pipe line is connected with supply branch pipe; tangential holes are made in side part of pipe line and in wall of hydraulic cyclone. Device may be provided with additional filter made from active coal to ion-exchange resin for fine purification of water This filter is arranged in upper part of housing.
