FIELD: devices for production of the water of portable quality.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for production of the water of potable quality by purification of the waters of the natural sources from the suspended particles, slime, salts of iron, heavy metals, elimination of the off-tastes and odors. The device contains: the body consisting of the upper conical section representing the screen with the charcoal or ionite filler; the lower conical section representing the hydrocyclone; the cylindrical section serving for joining the upper and lower sections, between which on the resilient hermetically sealing rings there is the fixed metal mesh, and under it there is the filtering component in the form of the glass disk with the microscopical holes made in it at the sharp angle to the horizontal plane and arranged on the concentric circumferences with displacement in the staggered order; the connecting pipes feeding and withdrawing the water and pollutions; the ring-shaped pipeline connected with the feeding connecting pipe and through the tangential holes connected with cavity of the hydrocyclone. The device includes: the flow-straightening apparatus mounted in the pollutions withdrawing connecting pipe; the fairing made in the form of the cone with the flange mounted coaxially inside the hydrocyclone and consolidated by the flange between the lower part of the body and the disk; the tightening sealing rings; the deflector consolidated coaxially inside the fairing and with the flange facing the disk. The cavity between the fairing and the deflector is connected in its bottom with the injector pipe bent in direction of the stream - with the parietal part of the concavity of the hydrocyclone. The ring-shaped pipeline is formed by the ring sealed cavity limited by the wall of the conical lower section, the bottom and the wall of the cylindrical part of the body. The holes in the disk are directed from its upper plane towards the lower plane in the direction similar to the direction of the stream rotation in the hydrocyclone.
EFFECT: the technical result of the invention is the high efficiency of purification, reliability and the increased operational life of the device.
