FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, copper pyrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: tuyere has casing with gas supply opening, guide immovably positioned in casing, set of n replaceable tools, where n=2,3..., each of tools having head with working end surface. Head of one replaceable tool closes gas supply opening. Casing has additional (n-1) guides diverging from gas supply opening and immovably positioned in casing. Each tool is placed in each guide for moving between position, where head of tool is inside gas supply opening, and position, where head of tool is inside tuyere casing. Tuyere is provided with device for restricting tool stroke inside tuyere casing. Guides are adapted for rectilinear displacement and are arranged along conical surface generatrices with apex inside gas supply opening. Tuyere of such construction may be used in devices for purging of liquid melt, such as copper-sulfide melt, with gaseous oxidizer. EFFECT: increased efficiency by simplified tool path and provision for eliminating compound handling with said tools. 2 cl, 5 dwg
