FIELD: mechanical engineering; treatment of complex geometric surfaces at simultaneous application of composite coats made from ductile metals. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preliminary hardening of working surfaces, delivery of compound to contact zone of the following composition, mass-%: cuprous chloride, 4-8; anthranilic acid, 8-10; acetamide, 5; carbamide, 0.5; stearic acid, 0.5; distilled water, 15-20; composition of ultradispersed powders of copper and nickel at ratio of 1:1-2-4; the remainder being glycerin; friction force at contact zone reaches 10-12N; in the course of forming composite coat, layer-by-layer hardening is performed over working profile; optimal force at contact zone applied to tool is equal to P = 2sinαρв[[σst]/0,418]2/E, where P is pressure force, N; ρ is radius of curvature, mm; B is working length of line of contact, mm; E is modulus of elasticity of coat, MPa: α- is pressure angle, deg.; [σst] is permissible contact stress, Mpa.
