FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: surface is preliminary prepared with rotating tool. Fluid forming material of coating is supplied into the zone of contact of a processed item. Coating is formed due to interaction of components of fluid and power effect of a brush with soft hair continuously contacting treated surface. The brush is pressed to treated surface with force of 450-550 N. Fluid forming material of coating contains the following ratio of components, wt %: copper chloride 3.0-4.5, sulphate copper 3.5-4.5, acetamide 4-6, urea 0.2-0.5, molybdenum disulphide 1.0-1.5, aluminium powder 4.5-5, distilled water 8-10, pure chemical glycerine - the rest. An item is treated by rotation at speed exceeding 60-80 m/min.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of coating, particularly, wear resistance due to improved cohesion of coating with item and increased micro-hardness due to presence of aluminium on surface of copper containing coating.
