FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, finishing processing of working surfaces of friction pair parts.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing plastic deformation of part surface by moving working tool; supplying to processing zone of liquid containing copper chloride dissolved in glycerin, highly-dispersed copper and nickel powders, acetamide, urea, and water; moving said tool in longitudinal and perpendicular directions; providing two-staged processing of part surface: first stage including supplying into processing zone of liquid additionally containing molybdenum disulfide, and second stage including changing deformation force and supplying solution of ethyl alcohol suspension containing ultra-dispersion powder of polytetrafluoroethylene, ethyl alcohol; transmitting motion to working tool in longitudinal and perpendicular directions while changing deformation force.
EFFECT: improved tribotechnical characteristics of working surfaces of machine parts operating under interfacial lubrication, increased loading and elevated temperature conditions.
