SUBSTANCE: prestressed reinforced concrete beam with adjustable straining force consist of upper flange supporting upper bridge floor or floor of building, body part and lower flange mounted on it. Beam includes steel ropes laid longitudinally and pulled to counterbalance load resisting force and one or more non-pulled steel rope provided in lateral direction of beam so that load resisting force of building or bridge can be raised by straining non-pulled steel ropes.
