Inner working zone of part of common housing of motion transformation mechanism and inner working zone of part of common housing of compression members are hermetically isolated from each other by means of sealing member placed in lower part of fixed involute spiral. First channels made in part of common housing of motion transformation mechanism connect space of ring filtering element which is common for common housing, and space of part of common housing of motion transformation mechanism in eccentric shaft of which second channels are made connecting space of thrust antirotation unit with space of second fan installed under rarefaction conditions in art of common housing of motion transformation mechanism on shaft of its drive. Outlet channels are provided between part of common housing of motion transformation mechanism and housing of drive of motion transformation mechanism.
