FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: sowing unit has bin with bulk fertilizer discharge window, and dosing device mounted in discharge window and made in the form of dosing shovels equipped with journals. Levers are rigidly mounted at ends of each journal. Levers allow journals to be connected through planks to parallelogram mechanism having return spring mounted on rod, which is movable in guide. Rod is connected to electromagnet anchor electrically connected to end switch of control unit comprising disk with end switches. Disk is rigidly mounted on drive shaft of drill. Sowing unit may be used for subsurface, dosed or local application of bulk fertilizers. EFFECT: increased efficiency by uniform application of fertilizers and provision for localization of fertilizers during subsurface application. 3 dwg
