FIELD: baking equipment used in home conditions. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring heater on-state duty time by means of temperature measuring device and, depending on measured temperature, regulating on- state duty time of heater; fixing heater on-state duty time by means of controlling device, when predetermined temperature is achieved, and maintaining fixed on-state duty time at constant level; determining predetermined on-state duty time depending on temperature gradient in baking chamber after temperature in baking chamber reaches predetermined value. Predetermined value of on-state duty time may be determined depending on value of changed temperature during predetermined time interval after temperature has reached predetermined value. Said value may be also determined on the basis of predetermined color or volume of baked bread product.
