FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head part, cervical part, pedicle, cotyloid cavity and damping members. The cotyloid cavity is composed of two half-spherical concentrical cups separated with damping members. The damping members are manufactured from wire. Each member is star-shaped forming a polygon with zigzag-arranged sides and alternating obtuse and sharp angles. Apices having obtuse angles are complanar to the member plane and those with sharp angles have deviation from the plane. The damping members are tire-by-tire arranged in a gap separating the half-spherical cups and their sharp-ended apices are fastened on the internal surface of the external cup and those with obtuse apices are fastened on the external surface of the internal cup.
